Your Responsibilities

• Support operations with troubleshooting alongside the incident management
• Implement change requests (RFC) in line with existing procedures and protocols
• Optimize resources utilization by analyzing and proposing improvements considering the life‑cycle management of applications hosted
• Development and implementation of automated solutions
• Collaboration in the continuous development of existing infrastructure and active support of migration projects
• Recovery exercises execution and troubleshooting in the 2nd level support incl. on‑call service

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in Computer Science or any other relevant education
• At least 7 years of practical experience in the field of database operations and engineering
• Knowledge in Oracle databases and PostgreSQL is required
• Experience with Ansible automation is a plus
