The Senior Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training operations, regulatory compliance, academic administration, and quality assurance activities. The incumbent is responsible for supervising Operations Executives, coordinating trainers and learners, managing course schedules, supporting course development projects, and ensuring full compliance with EduTrust, SkillsFuture Singapore(SSG), Committee for Private Education (CPE), and internal operational requirements.
