About the Role

Working closely with teams across 8 countries, you will help drive service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting the future growth of our Malaysia business.

What You'll Do

1. Freight Operations
   • Handle end-to-end import and export ocean and air freight shipments.
   • Coordinate with carriers, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and customers.
   • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues.
   • Ensure timely and accurate job closure and billing.
