Bank Reconciliation & Monitoring
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and ensure timely completion
- Follow up and resolve reconciling items in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Record bank-related transactions including charges, profit, tax, and exchange gain/loss
Cash Flow & Bank Position Management
- Prepare and monitor daily bank position reports
- Handle inward remittances by coordinating with banks
- Process foreign payments to vendors, etc.
Banking Operations, Compliance & Controls
- Prepare fund transfer cheques
- Manage donation and payment confirmations as required
- Compile monthly bank profit rate sheets
