Role Overview

We are seeking a senior occupational therapist to lead and improve quality of care, equity and health outcomes for Māori and all cultures across the South Adult teams within Counties Manukau Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the three South Adult teams, supporting high standards of practice and patient care.
• Develop and deliver clinical capability for colleagues, setting practice standards, and leading quality assurance, improvement, and research activities.
