Position Summary

An exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our Neurological & Gen Med Rehabilitation team at Clayponds Hospital, West London. This role is ideal for a clinician who wishes to develop leadership skills while continuing clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Carry a clinical caseload and provide leadership to Band 6 staff, rehabilitation technicians, and apprentices.
• Work closely with the Band 7 Physiotherapist and Therapy Lead to develop and evaluate the service.
• Manage assessment, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans for patients with varied and complex neurological and general conditions.
• Provide clinical expertise in prioritisation and treatment within the integrated care service and ensure compliance with national guidelines and organisational objectives.
• Primarily work on Jasmin and/or Magnolia Ward, with potential coverage of other neurological/general...
