Responsibilities and Duties: Be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating nursing activities and resource utilization. Ensure that quality and standards meet the requirements of MOH guideline, service requirement and policy and procedure. Lead, facilitate and promote clinical safety and risk management practices among the nursing and care staff in collaboration with related departments. Work with key stakeholders to develop emerging roles and new skills. Direct and active participation in service planning, implementation and evaluation in overall resource management of the department, including continuous quality audit and performance measures specific to the clinical area.
