Main duties of the job

Routine treatment room duties (wound care, cervical cytology, vaccinations, long-term conditions support)

Health promotion and chronic disease management (diabetes, COPD, Asthma, hypertension, Heart Failure, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities)

Supporting QOF and practice wide clinical objectives

Delivering high quality, patient centred care

Lead and support the site-based nursing team, including mentoring and supervising

Oversee infection prevention and control, and clinical governance standards
