Job purpose: The Senior Non-Motor Claims Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Non-Motor Claims team based in Dubai, overseeing Property, Engineering & Construction, Marine, Liability, and Financial Lines claims. The role also provides technical support to the Bahrain Fast Claims Team handling Home, PA, Travel, and Workers’ Compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage the Non-Motor Claims team, ensuring high performance, strong technical capability, and adherence to governance standards.
- Exercise final decision‑making authority on complex, high‑value, or sensitive claims, ensuring sound judgment and alignment with company guidelines.
