To assist the Area Manager in the coordination of plant works for the provision of works in a timely and quality manner to meet internal and external customer requirements.
Coordinate with regional plant teams to meet required project targets and deliverables.
Coordinate with various outside plant contractors to ensure the project target can be met to the best interest of the company.
Interface with other internal teams on project matters.
Provide support to the team regarding workflow, data/inventory analysis.
Provide updated guidelines to regional outside-plant teams, if required.
Participate in special projects and prepare defined reports as assigned.
To negotiate with external parties to ensure the best interests of the Company are maintained, or liaise with internal working parties to resolve plant and service issues.
