Provide level 3 network support with 24x7 escalation handling 
Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams, runbooks, and change records 
Prepare audit reports and participate in network security risk assessments 
Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with vendors like Cisco TAC and service providers for troubleshooting and escalations 
Organize and lead cross-team meetings to ensure timely project delivery 
Implement and support multi-site, multi-pod Cisco ACI and Arista network fabrics 
Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and security standards
