Job Responsibilities

• Able to stay abreast the ever‑changing media landscape
• Knowledge of the latest developments and trends in the industry, and informs peers of such developments
• Develops basic presentation approaches by reviewing materials and information presented by client
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re‑designing processes;
• Consults with Accounts Team to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, necessary reviews, etc.
• Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives
• Promote a culture of creative quality and accountability and ensure MCI’s creative deliverables meet both our clients’ expectations and our own standards of excellence
• Shows fresh perspective and inspiration in design outputs
