**Summary:**

The Senior Medical Educator provides strategic leadership for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of medical education programs. This role designs, implements, and oversees systems to measure student learning, assesses program effectiveness and supports continuous quality improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and oversee comprehensive systems for evaluating student performance, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
