Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
• Manage the tendering process and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Participate in project meetings and site reviews
• Conduct purchasing for secured projects

Requirements

• 10-15 years as a Mechanical Estimator
• Experience on projects valued at $5M or higher
• Knowledge in construction planning and scheduling
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
• Advanced skills in MS applications and estimating tools
