T&M Associates is seeking a Senior Staff Designer / Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join one of our New Jersey Offices. This position will be in the MEP Practice with a primary focus on plumbing and fire protection engineering.
Qualifications:
Design of plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings. This may include domestic hot and cold water, sanitary and vent, storm drainage, natural and medical gas, compressed air, sprinkler, fire pump, and clean agent fire suppression systems. Preparation of construction documents including calculations, drawings, details, and specifications. Construction administration services such as site visits, construction meetings, review of submittals, and responding to RFI’s. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit required. Responsible:
