Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily M&E installation works on construction sites.
  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure all M&E works comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Assist in planning manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Resolve site coordination issues and technical problems.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
