A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager with a strong mechanical background to lead the delivery of a major laboratory and office fit-out project in Oxford.

With an M&E value of approximately £10 million , this is a flagship project offering the opportunity to take ownership from the earliest pre-construction stages through to final handover.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the M&E package, leading project teams through design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
