Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and receive incoming materials (local and international), ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance with Oracle Item Master.
• Raise non‑conformances and coordinate returns/replacements.
• Process accepted materials in Oracle, manage binning, storage and preservation, resolve discrepancies and dispatch critical items promptly.
• Coordinate testing/inspection of materials and manage outbound logistics, DTRs, work orders, packing and shipping to offshore projects.
• Handle returns of unused materials, ensuring proper inspection before restocking.
• Perform regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies and support internal/external audits.
• Assist in disposal of surplus materials and maintain safe, clean warehouse conditions.
