Senior Material & Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety aspects for all projects.
• Execute strategy to achieve Purchasing KPIs, ensuring repair and maintenance spend stays within budget.
• Perform PR and PO functions accurately and timely, complying with SOPs and internal controls.
• Manage green procurement projects (pumps, UPS, scrubbers, etc.).
• Support data analysis and yearly strategic planning.
• Review and update OI and SOP.
• Manage facility capex and monthly service contracts.
• Oversee RFQ processes, vendor selection, bid reviews, negotiations, contract compliance, and alignment with timelines.
• Coordinate with Finance on supplier financials, prepare capex presentations, manage utilities contracts, handle audits and legal matters.
• Drive cost, productivity and quality improvements; lead green projects for carbon reduction and energy savings.
