Description
Perm Must have 3 to 5 years of experience working in the insurance industry with familiarity on maritime insurance policies common in the shipping industry (Hull & Machinery, Marine Cargo, etc.) Strong communication skills The role involves managing global insurance policies, including P&I, H&M, corporate, business, and project insurance, to protect the insurable interests of the organization and its group companies.
Responsibilities
Insurance Operations Collaborate with General Counsel to report on cover arrangements, premiums, and recoveries. Coordinate with brokers on documentation and resolve coverage issues as needed. Follow up on hull claims with brokers in alignment with the fleet operations team. Manage the timely renewal of all global corporate and business insurance policies, including professional indemnity, workers' compensation, marine cargo, directors and officers, travel, business interruption, cyber security, and property risk.
