            Job Description  Oversee and ensure vessels’ compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. 
Ensure vessels remain fully prepared to execute voyages and operational requirements. 
Plan, coordinate, and manage audits and inspections by Recognised Organisations (RO), including ISM, ISPS, and MLC. 
Handle vetting inspections, including preparation and submission through the OCIMF SIRE platform. 
Monitor and manage navigational matters, including reviewing passage plans and conducting navigation audits. 
Ensure vessels meet all requirements set by terminals, operators, oil majors, and charterers. 
Act as the main point of contact for matters relating to Flag State and Port State authorities. 
Ensure Q88 and HVPQ documentation is consistently accurate and up to date. 
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices, providing timely advice.
