**Overview**

**Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer**

**Job Location: Melville, NY (100% onsite)**

**Salary: $95,000-$135,000/yr DOE**

**Responsibilities**

+ Create assembly procedures, fixtures, guides, and production routings/travelers using CAD and manufacturing software. Develop clear assembly guides to support repeatable, high-quality builds.
+ Interpret complex mechanical, electrical, and assembly drawings including schematics, Gerbers, CAD data, and BOMs while contributing feedback and observations to enhance document quality.
+ Support RF and PCB sweat‑down assembly processes and assist in First Piece prototype builds, engaging in hands-on problem-solving to refine early design implementation.
+ Develop and maintain SMT programs, oven profiles and PCB panelization for new and existing products.
