What the role is: You will join the Population Health Division (PHD), which is responsible for developing concepts, policies and working models with partners to encourage strong preventive health support in the community. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on: - Develop strategies and plans for population health, both at the broad population level, and for specific population segments (e.g. children and families, in workplaces, ethnic minorities, etc.).
- Gather and translate insights into strategies and plans that consider the needs, behaviours, and preferences of different population segments.
