As a policy officer with the Home Care team, you will formulate, review and implement policy frameworks for home-based care services—supporting our seniors to age well at home. You will be working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

You will work closely with service providers, partner agencies, and divisions within MOH to formulate policies grounded in operational realities, with a focus on the roll out of Age Well Neighbourhoods.
