Job Summary
Leads the execution of Walgreens’ Workplace Experience program, ensuring high-quality, seamless workplace environments across the Support Offices and Data Center. Combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, using data, stakeholder engagement, and financial insight to optimize services and drive continuous improvement. The role is critical to creating an efficient, engaging workplace aligned with Walgreens’ strategic goals and delivering a strong experience for employees and guests. It also establishes and leads facility operations for the Data Center, overseeing infrastructure management, capital improvements, and the development of scalable processes, tools, and a strong safety culture.

Job Responsibility

+ Leads the Facility Operations team and works with peer teams to identify required engineering changes in infrastructure systems, defines project scope, prioritizes projects, schedules, and executes these projects.
