            Key Responsibilities   Lead and managelithium trading activities  (physical and derivatives) 
Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the trading team 
Develop and implementtrading strategies and sales initiatives  
Work closely with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) and external counterparties 
Identify and developnew business opportunities, suppliers, and trading structures  
Managerisk exposure , including market, credit, and counterparty risks 
Oversee hedge positions, P&L monitoring, and ensure compliance with internal controls 
Drivemarket intelligence efforts , including supply/demand analysis and industry insights 
Prepare budgets, reports, and support strategic planning initiatives
