Job Description We are seeking an experienced Rewards professional to join the team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of high impact rewards programmes that are aligned with and support the Company’s strategic objectives, as it continues its transformation journey towards becoming a leading global asset manager and operator.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes aligned with the Company’s rewards philosophy and strategic objectives to enable a high performance culture;
- Support the Remuneration Committees of listed entities on executive compensation matters;
- Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness through robust benchmarking and analytical insights;
