About the role

MUFG Retirement Solutions (RS) business is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Solutions in our Administration Platforms domain within the technology team to provide strategic architecture leadership and solution design expertise across our administration platform landscape. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end solution design within an assigned platform stream, ensuring all technology change and run activity aligns with enterprise architecture, technology strategy, cyber security requirements, and regulatory obligations. 

Operating as a senior technical authority, you will partner closely with Platform Services Owners, Change & Run Delivery leaders, and Project Managers to deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, and future‑ready. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping platform evolution, modernisation initiatives, and uplifting engineering and design practices across MUFG Retirement Solutions business.
