JOB PURPOSE

Lead and drive the planning, organization, and execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Financial Risk Management, Sustainability Risk Management (SRM), and Project Risk Assessment (PRA) within the Group, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and alignment with strategic objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the Group's Risk Management System and Policy to ensure consistent risk management practices integrated into decision-making processes.
• Identify, monitor, and address risk exposures by establishing business continuity and sustainability plans with relevant departments, targeting critical business functions.
• Oversee risk profiling exercises and maintain the Group risk register to track, manage, and update identified risks effectively.
