This position dual hats in being responsible for being HR partnering to commercial pillars across SEAP and also in leading the HR operations function across the region; ensuring efficient execution of core HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and continuous improvement of HR systems and service delivery.
HR Operations Management
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and contract administration.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR operational activities.
HRIS & Systems Oversight
- Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and enhance functionality.
