Job Purpose - The Senior Manager Process Excellence leads the successful adoption of the global OFR standard process and solution landscape within the region for the assigned scope of work.
- Guides and supports countries by providing expert analysis of processes, collecting valuable feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective improvement roadmaps.
- Drives high performance in terms of productivity, quality, effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitors compliance with regulations and standards, ensuring that business practices align with relevant government, industry, and company rules.
- Drives a culture of collaboration and change management to facilitate smooth adoption and implementation of the global standard, ultimately achieving operational excellence within the region.
