Senior Manager – ESG & Impact – Advisory

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to support the growth of our ESG Advisory practice. The role will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, originating new opportunities, and leading the execution of ESG, sustainability, climate, impact, and responsible finance advisory assignments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to position ESG as a value-creating proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Origination
Build and manage a strong pipeline across corporates, NBFCs, banks, and DFIs
Drive outreach, meetings, and conversion of ESG advisory mandates
Track and respond to RFPs/bids in the ESG space
Contribute to revenue generation and achieve BD targets
