We seek an experienced marketing leader to grow our Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers (MFD) business, develop strategic plans, drive profitability and strengthen internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow MFD business by supporting holders & dealers and managing channel profitability.
• Initiate business plans, proposals and support department strategies.
• Develop opportunities, monitor KPIs (GWP, underwriting profit, penetration ratios) to improve productivity.
• Drive business development – new dealer development, new franchise schemes and continuous scheme reconstruction.
• Engage in internal discussions on MFD issues and business development.
