Role & Responsibilities:

1. Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
2. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
3. Set, monitor and report on team goals and KPIs.
4. Design branding, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
5. Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels through appropriate marketing efforts (like organizing and participating in events, email campaigns, overseeing traffic through web pages, social media messaging and developing promotional collaterals for sales and marketing).
6. Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
7. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments.
8. Monitor competition (acquisitions and new products and features).
