The Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting & Associate Life will oversee lateral and campus recruitment processes and support the orientation and integration processes for new associates. This individual will also partner closely with the global HR team on Firmwide HR initiatives (e.g., talent assessment, learning and development, wellness). The Senior Manager will be reporting to the Director, Administration (Los Angeles) with a dotted line to the Director of Legal Talent Regional Strategy.
