**PMO Leadership & Team Management**
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators
+ Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for project delivery staff
+ Build a high-performing PMO organization aligned to enterprise priorities
+ Provide coaching on project delivery, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
+ Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and staffing plans across the PMO
**Methodology & Governance**
+ Define, implement, and continuously improve standardized **project management methodologies, tools, and templates**
+ Ensure all projects adhere to defined governance standards, stage gates, and approval processes
