Job Description

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Senior Manager - HVAC (Department Head) to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Position Responsibilities

  • Plan manpower requirements (Engineers and Technicians) based on present and expected workload for the next year, and accordingly do the same for recruitment. 
  • Nominate the lead engineer on various jobs and allocate other resources such as engineers, draftsman, considering the volume of work and schedule of the project. 
  • Periodical review of project progress with respect to the project schedule and allocate additional 

    resources on a need basis.
