            Job Responsibilities  Lead operations across 3 centres, ensuring high-quality, client-centric care delivery 
Oversee multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence aligned with organizational goals 
Manage client lifecycle: assessments, admissions, care plans, and reviews 
Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations, licensing, audits, and nursing standards 
Plan and optimize manpower, including staffing, scheduling, and succession planning 
Coach and develop staff through training, performance management, and leadership support 
Develop and improve policies, procedures, and workflows for efficiency and quality care 
Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement 
Lead outreach, partnerships, and engagement initiatives to grow enrolment and awareness 
Oversee regulatory submissions, reporting, and subvention matters
