Summary

This role is accountable for ensuring our fleet is reliable, field-ready, and operating at optimal capacity. You will lead the maintenance strategy, reduce unplanned downtime, and build the systems, reports, and programs needed to support a growing operation.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the company’s maintenance strategy across all equipment and operations
• Establish and drive preventative, proactive, and predictive maintenance programs
• Standardize maintenance practices, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance and equipment team
• Drive accountability for safety, performance, and productivity
• Own KPIs including uptime, downtime, maintenance compliance, and lifecycle cost performance
• Implement and manage systems (CMMS preferred) to track maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics
