- Lead month-end and quarter-end book closure ensuring adherence to group timelines.- Prepare and review Financial Statements.- Drive R2R processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.- Streamline and automate reporting processes to reduce turnaround times. Audit & Compliance
- Lead Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit- Manage coordination with Big-4 auditors, ensuring timely completion and closure of issues.- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory regulations.- Responsible for tax-related activities including Income Tax Return filing, Transfer Pricing audit, assessments & scrutiny proceedings.
