This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) .

• Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation and management report functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
• In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, quarterly reports to the shareholder, liaising with external auditors for year‑end closing.
• Liaising with internal auditors, tax auditors, tax consultants on monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis.
• Coordination with finance colleagues on various financial and accounting matters, compliance matters, reporting matters, secretarial matters, others.
