Job Description

Player/Coach Responsibilities (Hands‑On Technical Leadership)

+ Serve as the senior technical interface for strategic datacenter accounts, driving system‑level power architecture engagements from early concept through production.
+ Provide expert leadership on digital multiphase power, power modules, and server‑class power delivery architectures supporting AI accelerators, CPUs, and networking platforms.
+ Personally engage in the most complex customer programs, including architecture reviews, schematic and layout feedback, validation planning, bring‑up, power sequencing analysis, transient response evaluation, and debug.
+ Rapidly troubleshoot complex power issues using lab instrumentation including oscilloscopes, current probes, electronic loads, and transient analysis tools.
