You will be part of the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division to oversee and drive the implementation of Workforce Transformation programmes/grants/initiatives to support enterprises in embarking on Workforce Transformation and strengthening its nexus with Enterprise Transformation.[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of key workforce transformation (WT) initiatives under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division including but not limited to
o SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG)
o SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
- Drive development and manage dependencies of WT initiatives systems as the business/product owner.
