Description
Responsible to manage multiple construction sites at various locations including new construction, maintenance, solar and special projects
Manage all construction & post construction issues of TCF projects (New, Maintenance and special projects etc.)
Provide guidance, technical support, and supervision to ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, schedules and budgets.
Develop and implement a tracking system for assessing project performance against KPIs related to time, cost, and quality.
Sound knowledge of preparing & checking BOQs, BBS & Bills
Review contractor bills in correlation with actual work done and verify variation wherever applicable.
Develop effective project management and daily monitoring of sites
Develop APM tracking mechanism and ensure its visibility on dashboards.
Ensure quality control & quality assurance at all level
