The **Senior Manager, Earned Social** owns the strategy for growing Dermalogica Professional Skin Care Providers community and scaling Dermalogica Earned Media Value (EMV). You will define how we discover, activate, and engage new advocates across social, set the EMV strategy and targets, and lead and develop a team of two Community Coordinators to deliver it. You turn community building into measurable earned media, owning the strategy, the metrics, and the team behind it. The focus is net-new growth, distinct from our existing ambassador programs.
