•TP Management & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact and manager for the TP agency, overseeing daily operations including product listing, campaign applications, storefront design, live streaming execution, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
•Data-Driven Review: Establish a store data monitoring system, regularly analyze operational metrics (traffic, conversion, average order value, etc.), lead post-campaign reviews, and propose actionable optimizations to drive business growth.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, content marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operation of the product-content-operations workflow.
