Job Overview

Lead the formulation and development of business and operational strategy as directed by senior leadership. Solve for organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Lead operational strategy and workstream formulation under the direction of senior leadership. Drive transformative strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This may be within the Real Estate Operation Division or in collaboration with Fund Management & Investment, Centralized Functions, and other stakeholders.

Work independently or with internal teams and/or external consultants. Where appropriate, lead a small task force of 2–3 members assigned to the project. Coach the team and facilitate delivery for success.
