Representation & closure of open corporate & TDS Income Tax assessments, Drafting & filing appeals before CIT (A), getting appeal filed before ITAT, Writ petition before High Court etc. Optimizing Effective Tax rate (ETR) of the company Coordinating with statutory auditors ensuring finalization of Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing reports . Preparation and finalization of Income Tax computation and advance tax computations and payment of advance tax and self-assessment in time Preparation and filing of Income Tax Return, TP Return and Master file in time Review of working of Monthly TDS and ensuring deposit and filing of Quarterly TDS Return/TCS Return/Form 15H and dispatching of TDS certificate.
