Job Summary –

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations for a US based retail bank

    • Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including network, server, storage, and security implementations.

  • Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

  • Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), SLA’s, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Manage project dependencies and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
