Job Purpose:
To ensure competitive pricing across all segments for their respective products and campaigns, ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies to achieve overall departmental targets of Revenue Market Share, Profitability, Revenue, Gross Adds, Net Additions, Net Churn, Customer Satisfaction with Pricing by extensive data analysis, competitive bench marking and industry insights. Additionally, perform new product development and on-going improvement of existing portfolio and special projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, translating it into actionable business plans.
Monitor and control all tariff submissions and product papers in alignment with the approved pricing strategy and corporate governance requirements.
Develop, manage, and enhance pricing propositions—including tariffs, bundles, and promotional offers—across Mass Market, Youth, MBB, Postpaid, and other segments.
